Learning To Chew

It seems that I know very well by now that if you're working in a team or an organization to meet an objective there bound to be some feelings of being abused. Yes, abused. You do all the donkey work while the others would keep on talking to say things that won't help you at all. Since nobody is perfect, it's always the case that you need to re-check or re-do low-quality work. 

If everyone has the same positive attitude towards the work they do, life would be perfect. Nobody will say they're not perfect anymore.

    and it is very suck, if you do all the donkey work, and the rest of the team won't even appreciate your work. just because it's a low quality work. they don't even know the hard work that we've suffered.

    it's good to be ambitious, but try to be realistic and help your friends. i pray for our success in etp. amin.
